I’m Estelle — a Sound Therapist, a Psychic Healer, and spiritual guide for women ready to come home to themselves.

For over two decades, I’ve walked alongside women who are exhausted by the noise of life… the overthinking, the people-pleasing, the racing thoughts that never seem to switch off. Women who look “put together” on the outside but quietly carry emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, financial stress, physical fatigue and trauma on the inside.

Through the ancient practices of sound healing and energy alignment, I help you find your way back to clarity, calm, and connection. My sessions are more than just relaxing — they are deeply transformational. You’ll feel lighter. Stronger. More yourself than you have in years.
